  • Only 2 hours by train from St Pancras is the Peak District and the world famous gritstone edges. Try the classic Stanage or easily accessible Burbage or Birchin Edge. Climb easy 6 metre crags to more difficult.
  • A train to Llandudno gives access to areas at the historic heart of  British climbing from the Idwal Slabs to the Ogwen Valley and Llanberis. There are a multitude of routes.
  • Fly to Inverness, go to Skye and climb the Inaccessible Pinnacle, the most difficult Munro, on the Black Cuillin ridge or for the adventurous spend 2 days doing the entire ridge.
